EXSI 1201.04 meets on Mondays & Wednesdays at  11:00 am in Moody 113

Designed to give students the knowledge and opportunity to develop and participate in an individualized fitness program, this course emphasizes the focused appraisal and development of the four health-related physical fitness components: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility, and body composition. In addition, addictive behaviors and sexually transmitted diseases are discussed.
