USE 5x8" CARDS, NOT 4x6" to avoid a point deduction.

You can adjust the distance between the Adverse Effects and the Nursing Care/Teaching as needed depending on the amount of Adverse Effects information. 

***Listen carefully in class for things that need to be on the PIMs, especially for Units 8, 9 & 11! Could make a huge difference in the grade on the PIM.
